Wow, it's already September. How time flies! It feels like yesterday when we arrived in the cold city of Melbourne. Now, I get to experience another season.. Spring! I can finally wear the clothes I brought from the Philippines(Yehey!)
As I face this season, I decided to make some changes in my life as well. Of course, I started with defining simple goals. I want to achieve my goals in 30 days.
First of all, I want to concentrate on my health. I want to become healthy! I don't want to wake up tired anymore. I want to feel energised! I usually sleep 7 hours plus 2 hours nap. But whenever I get up I still feel like blah. I blame it on the chocolates and sugary sweets I love to gobble up.
I don't want to pressure myself so these are just simple steps I want to do in order to reach my goal.
1.) Drink 2 litres of water everyday.
2.) Get 8 hours of sleep.
3.) Minimise rice intake (I am a Filipino, it's really part of our everyday meal)
4.) 15 mins of jogging everyday.
5.) One sugary treat per week (Maltesers? M &M ? I need a reward for all the hardwork I will be doing!)
6.) Follow this full body challenge routine. ( I forgot where I downloaded this,sorry!)
Good thing, I am not into beef, pork,lamb, and kangaroos. I won't feel deprived if I don't consume any of those meat. I can totally nosh on chicken, fish, veggies and fruits. Trying to become a pescetarian but I sometimes find Salmon a little too fishy. Well, I think I am gearing towards becoming a flexitarian (Hello, roasted chicken? Yum). I still haven't decided yet. So again, Good luck to me!!!
